SOLIDWORKS Training Terms & Conditions
Refunds and/or credits for training orders will NOT be granted unless a written cancellation notice is received at Symmetry Solutions, Inc. NO LESS THAN 10 business days prior to the first day of the scheduled class. No-shows and late cancellations will NOT be credited or refunded. Any training classes ordered by Purchaser but not attended within one year of date of purchase will be closed and no credit or refund will be issued to Purchaser.
Empowerment Passes may NOT be cancelled for credit or refund after the student attends any course. Empowerment Passes are not transferable to any other individual, student, or company. Empowerment Passes provide students with training manuals for the current software release when the first class is attended; ALL other manuals required prior to Empowerment Pass completion MUST BE PURCHASED SEPARATELY and are NOT included in the Empowerment Pass pricing. Empowerment Passes include only the course offerings at the time of Purchase and any changes made to the course offerings, whether additions or subtractions, are not included in the purchase price. Additional charges may apply for courses added prior to Empowerment Pass completion.
