Training Terms and Conditions

Refunds and/or credits will NOT be granted unless a written cancellation notice is received at Symmetry Solutions, Inc. NO LESS than 10 business days prior to the first day of the scheduled class. No-shows and late cancellations will NOT be credited or refunded.

SYM-Training may NOT be cancelled for credit or refund after the subscribed student attends any course. SYM-Training subscriptions are not transferable to any other individual, student, or company. SYM-Training subscriptions commence on the date of Purchase and expire per the date shown on the invoice or sales receipt. SYM-Training subscriptions provide students with training manuals for the current software release when the first class is taken. ALL other manuals required during the active SYM-Training subscription period MUST BE PURCHASED SEPERATELY and are NOT included in the SYM-Training subscription pricing. SYM-Training subscriptions include only the course offerings at the time of Purchase and any changes made to the course offerings, whether additions or subtractions, are not included in the purchased subscription. Additional charges may apply for courses added during the current subscription period.

Symmetry Solutions Inc. reserves the right to change training products and/or packaging at any time without notice.
